Summary of Work A. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. Doc note: Prime bidders not tendering a bonafide bid will be refunded half of their bid deposit amount upon return of the bidding documents.
