Filter Air Handler Units Vendors who have downloaded the bid will automatically be notified that an addendum has been issued. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Failure to include the Acknowledgement of an Addenda if issued will be cause for the bid to automatically be deemed non-responsive. Bids May Be Submitted by Hand Delivery or Courier Service, Including, but Not Limited to, Ups, Federal Express, Dhl or U.s. Express Mail. The Bids Must Arrive Prior to the Scheduled Bid Opening Time/deadline. Vendor Bears Full Responsibility for the Timely Delivery of Your Bid at the Bid Opening Time. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County as provided by law.
