Issuing Office This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources ("Department" or "DNR"), on behalf of the Division of Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW). Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms for / to execute a statewide Educational Signage Replacement Project (ESRP). The ESRP aims to create a 10-year project management plan and cycle to update all educational and visitor use management signs and exhibits on CPW's properties. The ESRP is intended to create efficiencies in the sign and exhibit inventory and its tracking, replacement schedules, prioritization, and design and voice, establishing a CPW interpretive sub-brand to create a recognizable, consistent look and feel state-wide while also honoring the unique features, landscapes, and history of each area. Opportunities for increased efficiency and consistency exist for a variety of signage needs, including, but not limited to, water safety, animal and plant identification, Wildlife Viewing (formerly Watchable Wildlife) kiosks, state hatcheries, and State Wildlife Areas. The Department reserves the right to add additional goods/services that would be seen as a natural extension of this procurement over the term of this award.
