Replace Yampa District Multi Operations Facility at Dinosaur National Monument. Information and requirements stated in sections B through J and attachments noted in section J apply. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code and the associated small business size standard are noted in section K. The estimated price range is over $10,000,000. Proposal submittal requirements and information regarding the pre-proposal site visit are provided in section L. All offers must be submitted in original form and meet the following requirements: furnish any required performance and payment bonds, provide an offer guarantee if required, and adhere to all work requirements and other provisions and clauses incorporated in the solicitation in full text or by reference. Sealed envelopes containing offers shall be marked with the offeror's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time offers are due. Only offers meeting the specified calendar days for government acceptance will be considered. Copies to perform the required work must be delivered to the specified address. The offeror agrees to perform the required work at the prices specified, strictly in accordance with the terms outlined, and to furnish any required performance and payment bonds. All contractual obligations are governed by the terms of the solicitation, the offer, the contract award, and any incorporated clauses, representations, certifications, and specifications.
