Contractor to provide and install temporary construction fencing and barricades to isolate and protect the construction area from on-site vehicle traffic and protect personnel and the public, protect trench areas with fencing and install steel plates over piping trenches during non-working hours or when no work is in progress, saw-cut concrete pavement for UST removal and dispose of all concrete, rebar, and other debris, provide all tankcleaning tasks, install pre-engineered shoring systems, excavate UST backfill materials to UST spring line.
