RFQ Design - Brush Service Center SAA GENERAL The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) from professional Architect/Engineers consultants to provide design development, construction documentation, and construction observation services for the Brush Service Center site. The consultant team should include Colorado Licensed Architects/Engineers for the design of the new facility and associated sub-consultants for, but not limited to, layout and planning, environmental investigation and permitting, landscaping, civil, electrical, geotechnical, mechanical and structural engineering. There are currently two proposed locations in the City of Brush for the new building site and are shown in Appendix A. CPW is currently in negotiations with the City of Brush to finalize the site location and land lease. A site will be selected prior to the schematic design phase completion. BACKGROUND In December 2016, CPW - Area 3's headquarters leased building located in downtown Brush, CO. was damaged by an automobile. Due to many factors, it was decide to move the facility to a new location off of HWY 71 and County Road T. The current Brush Service Center is in a temporary mobile building. Improvements include a new permanent Service Center with administrative offices and customer P.O.S. along with the associated utility services, ROW improvements, roads and parking lots.
