Clay County Missouri request for qualifications from prospective vendors for MoDOT-Approved Engineering Design and Construction Services for Bridge, Culvert and other County Road and Bridge Rehabilitation Projects. Clay County in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. While this solicitation constitutes a need, Clay County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals received, without clarification.
