Scope of Services The purpose of this Annual Requirement (AR) is to solicit competitive electronically sealed Bids to furnish asphalt sealing, striping, and sweeping and concrete repair services for the use of Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA). KUA is requesting bid submittals for asphalt sealing, striping and sweeping of parking lots, and driveway/road access points for two areas that are shown in Exhibit B (Seal Coating Map). Area #1 is defined as the driveways and parking areas for 2850 and 2854 N John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee and Area #2 is defined as the driveway and parking for 1701 W Carroll St, Kissimmee. All areas that are sealed must be re-striped and/or stenciled and lettered, where applicable, after the sealer has been applied and dried. Most areas will be required to be re-striped a variety of colors using the existing color scheme. Colors include but are not limited to white, yellow, green, and blue. All handicap parking spaces must be re-striped in blue. Repairs to the asphalt surface may be required before sealers are applied, such as patching potholes and filling in cracks larger than a half inch in width. The Bidder shall furnish all labor and materials at a per square foot, square yard or linear foot rate based on the Item number provided in Exhibit A (Price Sheet). Bidder shall furnish their own tools, equipment, and transportation to complete all work. Sealer application and restriping the area must be dry and free of all debris before sealers and rejuvenation chemicals are applied. All areas must be edged to remove any grass that may be encroaching onto the asphalt. Question Deadline 09/30/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
