Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; multi-residential development; multi-residential development; and water / sewer project.
Project has been cancelled Provide and install modular homes designed specifically to meet the needs of seniors aged 62 and older. This includes procurement, delivery, installation, and readiness for occupancy in compliance with federal, state, and local building codes and senior housing standards. Pre-Installation Services a. Site Assessment: i. Assess site access, zoning, and permitting requirements b. Permitting & Approvals: i. Secure all necessary building, zoning, utility, and occupancy permits ii. Coordinate with local authorities, utilities, and code officials c. Design and Planning: i. Provide floorplans (one and two bedroom) and configurations suitable for senior living (e.g., single-level, wheelchair accessible) with concrete wall system and concrete foundation ii. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA) All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and authorized to do business in the state where the work is to be performed.
