The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Network Infrastructure Equipment for the use of The School Board of Osceola County, Florida (School Board). Question Deadline 10/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The intent of this bid is to establish a contract for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of award of the bid during which time the successful Bidder shall guarantee firm prices for the item(s) awarded to him as specified in this bid. 36 Month E-Rate Service Period will begin on October 1, 2026 and go through September 30, 2029. The District will pay invoices using the SPI method, which are Service Provider invoices that are discounted. Then the Service Provider invoices USAC/E-rate for the portion that the District doesn`t pay. For example, the item may cost $1,000.00, and the District would pay for 15% of the cost ($150.00) from a Service Provider invoice. Then the Service Provider would send an invoice to USAC/E-rate for the 85% balance due ($850.00). Insurance Required Yes
