Project Description: This Continuing Services Contract consists of but is not limited to, the milling and resurfacing of existing asphalt pavement, full depth roadway construction, reworking existing base, signing and pavement marking, drainage and safety improvements, ADA Accessibility construction, bicycle and pedestrian facility construction, intersection improvements, surveying, landscaping, and record drawings. Contractors bidding this project shall be FDOT prequalified and all asphalt and concrete incorporated shall be obtained from an FDOT approved plant. Payment and Performance Bonds: The Contractor shall provide Payment Bond and Performance Bonds for work orders valued at $200,000.00 or greater. Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government.
