(EPW 202534C), and Fierce Construction (EPW 2025-34D) for General Contracting Continuing Services in a combined amount not to exceed $6,000,000.Page 18 of 287** This Continuing Services Contract consists of services necessary for miscellaneous General Contracting Services for the Town of Jupiter buildings, facilities, and parks. Work includes, but is not limited to, building construction and renovation, park construction and amenities, site and infrastructure work, and design and project coordination. An all purpose contract for general contracting services to oversee direct, self-performed work and subcontracting oversight work of Town building, facilites, and parks. 1. Project Location: Jupiter, Florida. 2. Owner: Town of Jupiter (Town) All bid forms must be submitted and executed as required, included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and on USB drive. The face of the envelope must contain the submission address, date and time of bid opening, bid title, and bid number. All bids are subject to the specified conditions, and bids not submitted with the completed attached bid form(s) may be rejected. Bidders not complying with these conditions are subject to rejection. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal and accompanied by the required documentation. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, irregularities, and technicalities not involving price, time, or changes in the commodities and/or services, and disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. It is the Town's intent to award multiple contracts. Work Orders will be assigned on a project-byproject basis. Projects at this time are not defined but will be miscellaneous in scope and of varied sizes and complexities. These minor construction projects may include building repairs, upgrades, and improvements including, but not limited to, patching and plumbing, carpentry, masonry,electrical and other miscellaneous repairs as directed. Work must be completed by the substantial completion date specified in the Work Order. All Contract requirements and performance criteria shall be adhered to for each individual project (work order) including but not limited to Notice to Proceed, Contract Time, Contract Price, Substantial Completion, and Final Completion. Liquidated damages shall be determined on a project-by-project basis and identified in the Work Order.
