Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
**As of October 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide improvement projects at the Jupiter Civic Center. Various exterior and interior repairs are needed including but not limited to: removal, replacement, or repairs to deck railing, exterior siding, fascias and soffits, rain gutters and down spouts, interior ceiling fans, large exhaust fan; painting of exterior siding, trim and doors; replacement of accordion shutters. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to The Town of Jupiter Department of Parks and Recreation, Attn: Zach Gile, Superintendent of Parks in writing by email (ZachG@jupiter.fl.us). Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
