Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shelley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a large reinforced concrete bifurcation water control structure in a canal. The work entails excavation, sub-base placement and compaction, foundation preparation, con-crete formwork, concrete placement, backfil, fabrication and installation of exterior galvanized metal walkway and handrails, and installation of raceways and conductors for equipment power and instrumentation. Installation of ownerprepurchased four (4) 10-foot wide by 6-foot tall overshot steel gates and gate hoists, and installation of owner-prepurchased control panel and level sensing instru-ments, with installation oversight by gate manufacturer Con tractor to assist with start-up and commissioning with Owner and gate manufacturer.
