Furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the Reclamation and Paving of Wilder Road from the Lancaster Town Line northeasterly approximately 5300LF. This bid is subject to massachusetts prevailing wage law - mgl chapter 149, section 26 to 27d bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid in the form of bid bond or check to accompany all bids. Successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of insurance. All work requires a 50% payment bond in accordance with mgl chapter149, section 29. Massdot prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, pavement-surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $419,440 will be required. Proposed work includes the reclamation of wilder road (approximately 12,485 sy), and placement of approximately 2800 tons of bituminous hot mix. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities.
