Anaheim Elementary School District of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "District", invites responses to this Request for Bids ("Bid") for the award of a contract for: Bid No. 2026-04-DES-PO Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance (E-rate 2026) The scope of work involves providing a bid for the following E-rate eligible items for 23 school sites within the Anaheim Elementary School District. Items include: Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switches, access points, data cabling, racks, incidental installation services, and repair/maintenance services under a multi-year agreement. RFIs must be submitted The award of the Contract will be based on the following method: Award of this Bid is dependent on funding approval from the Federal E-rate Program. Respondents are required to be in full compliance with all requirements issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Corporation for participation in the E-rate Program. Award of Contract shall be to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on all requirements and criteria in the Bid Documents and applicable statutes, inclusive of all E-rate evaluation criteria stated in this Bid. Any installation, repairs, or maintenance work performed under this contract may be subject to all California labor laws, prevailing wage, appropriate contractor license if related to C-7 or C-10 trade work and statutory bonding requirements; however, will not be required to submit evidence at the time of bid. Work subject to these provisions will be discussed if the need arises for the Work required, and the contractor shall hold the appropriate license or subcontract as appropriate under statute and DIR requirements. Respondents must comply with District policy that, in connection with all work performed under contracts, there be no discrimination against any prospective or active employee engaged in the work because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religious creed, sex, age, or marital status. Time is of the essence. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this Bid and to waive non-material irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to evaluate the qualifications and bids submitted and to award the contract according to the qualifications and bid which best serves the interests of said District. No respondent may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the Bid Deadline. All information submitted for evaluation will be considered official information acquired in confidence, and the District will maintain its confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.
