Slurry Seal Services for the Stadium Gateway Office Complex Parking Lot City of Anaheim desires the services of a qualified professional Contractor to provide slurry seal services for the Convention, Sports, & Entertainment Department per the bid specifications and scope of work. Contractor must provide everything necessary at contractor's expense including, but not limited to all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and the like required to perform and complete the required work. Provide slurry seal services per the details provided in the specifications and scope of work which includes but is not limited to: Clean and prepare an estimated area of up to 200,000 square feet of asphalt. The exact quantity to be determined prior to award; Apply one coat of parking lot Type 1 slurry seal; Restripe to existing layout with two coats of paint; Cover and clean "Bott dots", replace broken ones as required during parking lot slurry and stripe; Repaint approximately 400 linear feet of top and face of red curbs; Reapply stenciling; Complete all work in two moves over a period of two weekends. The lowest responsive, responsible Bidder will be recommended for contract award. Bids will be reviewed by the City for responsiveness to all requirements. The City has the right to reject any bid deemed unresponsive or lacking the resources or experience to adequately perform the services described herein.
