In accordance with M.G.L. c30 39M, the City of Watertown is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform PLANTING SERVICES at various locations throughout the city. Mass DOT Prequalification of contractors with the class of work"landscaping including tree planting" at the appropriate dollar threshold is required. The total estimated value of this contract is$735,000 including two one year options for renewal. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a Bid Bond, Treasurer's Check, Cash, Cashier's Check or Certified Check issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5%of the bid price. The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interest of the City.The City of Watertown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages MBE/WBE/DBE participation in response to the bid process.There are no filed sub-bids
