Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the addition of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, per the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The project is located at Plymouth Utilities at 900 County Rd PP, Plymouth, WI 53073. A brief description of the major work items for the above contract includes: 1 lump sum 12,000 square foot building, 14,650 square yards of site grading, 6,600 tons of base aggregate dense, 1,060 square yards of concrete pavement, 505 linear feet of 6-inch PVC sanitary lateral and structure, 115 linear feet of storm sewer and structures, 1,575 linear feet of electrical conduit, 6 each light pole bases & luminaires, 2,550 tons of HMA pavement, 1,180 linear feet of perimeter fencing with 2 electronic service gates and 4,700 square yards of landscape restoration. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Plymouth, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid.
