The project is on an existing parking area just north of the Mullet River and southwest of the intersection of Stafford St and Mill Street. Major work items include 2,000 cubic yards of common excavation, 4,450 tons of base aggregate dense, 515 linear feet of storm sewer, 9 storm sewer structures, 1,350 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 1,800 tons of HMA pavement. Bidders shall submit a full and complete list of all proposed Subcontractors and the class of work each will perform. The selected Contractor shall not alter this list without written consent of the City. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
