As part of the bid, bidders must submit a full and complete list of all proposed subcontractors and the class of work each will perform. The selected contractor cannot alter this list without written consent from the City. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informality in the bids received, and to accept any proposal they deem most favorable to the Owner's interests.
