Board up and secure vacant structures under the direction of the Chief Building Official, on an as needed basis for the period through June 30, 2026 with option to extend pricing through June 30, 2027. The City intends to establish a roster of available contractors to call on a rotating basis. The contractor shall supply 1/2 " CDX plywood or OSB board at cost, with supporting documentation provided. The contractor shall cut plywood to fit doors and windows of buildings, and shall screw plywood to openings with wood screws not less than 2" length spaced not more than 2 feet apart. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the work defined herein during the hours of 7 am-7pm M-F. Unless otherwise noted, the same day response time is required.
