Renovation of a municipal facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

As of 12/1/2025 the project has been cancelled Renovations at City Hall for space to be used by the Department of Parks, Recreation Youth and Community Services. Each bid shall be in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Bristol Purchasing Department, identified as "Bid 2C26-023 Space Renovation at City Hall for Parks Department" accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's base bid amount, in the form of a Bid Bond made payable to the City of Bristol. The awarded contractor will be required to secure a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract award, provided by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Connecticut. The requirements for prevailing wage rates as outlined within G.G.S. 31-53 are to apply to the resultant contract award. The successful Bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. Firms submitting bids must be pre-qualified with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services ("DAS") to perform General Construction or Construction Manager at Risk Group B, and shall include with their bid a copy of a current certificate as issued by DAS. Additionally, any contractor or subcontractor performing any work on this contract must be pre-qualified with DAS to perform said services, and shall include with their bid a copy of a current certificate as issued by DAS.
