SWAT Warehouse Renovation & Covered Parking Structure The City of Roswell is seeking bids from qualified contractors for renovations to the SWAT Warehouse facility. The project consists of converting approximately one-half of the existing warehouse into a gym/training room/mat room and constructing a covered roof structure on the east side of the warehouse to provide parking for the MRAP and Command Post. The City of Roswell has transitioned to a new e-Bid/RFP software system powered by online.
