The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to clean the HVAC system at the Ryan Center, ensuring it is visually clean and free from debris that could be disseminated during use. Upon completion, the system must operate without issue, delivering clean, conditioned air free from harmful allergens and debris. The cleaning shall include three (3) Air Handler Units (AHUs), supply vents, and plenum return grills, and must be performed in accordance with NADCA standards without any modifications or deviations. All work must be completed by personnel holding Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) certification. The period of performance is 120 days after receipt of order (ARO), and the contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price type set aside 100% for small businesses.
