Windows Replacement - Lindenwold High School The project consists of the removal of and the replacement of aluminum windows at the Lindenwold High School. Location- 809 Egg Harbor Road, Pine Hill, NJ 08021 The General Contractor must be qualified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. If the scope of work requires work conducted under the following trades, the following DPMC-Classified Trade Subcontractors must be submitted at the time of the bid submission. C030 Plumbing, Gas Fitting and all kindred work. C032 Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and equipment (HVAC). C047 Electrical. Construction shall begin on or about 29 June 2026 and shall be substantially completed on or before 14 August 2026 and all Punch List items completed by no later than 28 August 2026. Bids must be made upon Specification Section 002000, FORM OF BID and shall include a certified check, cashier's check, or by Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Lindenwold Board of Education in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, including Alternates, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The bid shall also be accompanied by an executed Consent of Surety in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25, agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the stated principal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, and a two-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
