Project has not yet been awarded and a timeline for award has not yet been established ** St. Lucie County Environmental Resources Department (ERD) is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for design, permit, and construction of three (3) recreation structures at St. Lucie County's Sensory Friendly Preserve on Oleander: 2 Boardwalks & 1 Kayak Stop Over. Bid Bond 5% The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
