It is agreed that the Work to be done under this Contract consists of roadway drainage improvements along Silver Oak Drive and along the Hog Pen Canal, including but not limited to: _ Clearing and grubbing _ Excavation and embankment _ Construction of two stormwater ponds _ Installation of new drainage structures _ Various culvert removals and installations _ Concrete sidewalk and curb construction _ Roadway construction _ Milling _ Striping & Signage _ Planting _ Rip Rap All Bidders Shall Provide Proof That They Are State Certified or State Registered, and a State Registered License Shall Be Based on the Possession of a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Specialty Contractors Shall Be Required to Provide Proof of Having Obtained a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Possession of Either a State Certification or County Competency Card Must Accompany the Bid.
