Demolition and site work for a residential development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work of this bid category includes but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting, and incidentals necessary to complete all demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services in accordance with RFP and City of Toledo and State of Ohio requirements. The City of Toledo, Division of Urban Beautification, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to demolish the structures at 18 City Park, Toledo, Ohio 43609. The selected contractor will perform the following duties: removal of all asbestos and non-asbestos containing materials (environmental surveys are in process*) and provide a manifest stating that all materials have been lawfully removed following EPA guidelines for proper demolition and disposal. Complete site restoration. Copies of all reports validating the identification and removal of all materials shall be submitted upon completion. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations. Bid Valid : 60 days Liquidated Damages : $450 per day.
