Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tofino, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The District is seeking to work with a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to renovate the Tofino Community Hall kitchen. Built in 2002, the Tofino Community Hall serves as our community s only indoor recreation and event facility. This building is an essential community hub for our town that hosts a multitude of user groups, activities and programs. The objective of this project is to improve the functionality of the existing space and update the existing kitchen with commercial grade equipment and improvements to support events and community programming. Kitchen and mechanical design are in place. Suppliers for kitchen equipment and matching flooring are sourced for the project and will be supplied to the contractor. The successful proponent will be responsible for the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and gas fitting work required by the designs and coordinating with all sub-contractors and equipment/flooring suppliers in place to complete the project. The successful proponent will have some knowledge and/or experience in commercial kitchen construction. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 at 12:00 AM PT
