Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Louisiana. Design plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
This project will build a k-8 school on the previous J.W. Faulk Elementary property. As of November 25, 2025, joint venture architects have been selected, and the drawings are in the programming stage. The owner will choose a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) at their meeting on December 11, 2025. Although a firm timeline cannot currently be established, construction is expected to be completed in early 2028.
