Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The Lafayette Airport Commission is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified operators of parking facilities to operate and manage the parking facilities at the Lafayette Regional Airport for full-service parking management services. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, labor, supervision, training, uniforms, materials, supplies, insurance, transportation, repairs, and maintenance on existing (and any future) equipment, pavement, pavement markings, car stop bumpers, and upkeep to the parking facility areas and services necessary to fulfill the contract according to the specifications. Sealed written proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. Each proposal must include a proposal security (certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond) in the amount of $10,000. Money orders will not be accepted. Bid bonds must meet requirements for sureties as stipulated. Proposers must meet all requirements of federal and state laws regarding ACDBE participation, including meeting a specified goal, and comply with airport security requirements. Only original proposal forms provided in the RFP are to be used, and the Lafayette Airport Commission reserves the right to waive, cancel, or reject proposals as described in the instructions.
