The project is located within: Whitaker Borough Magnolia Street from Cedar Street to Cherry Street Every Contractor and subcontractor who proposes to be engaged in this work shall visit the site and acquaint himself/ herself with the conditions that exist Technical questions pertinent to the work to be performed under this Contract may be addressed to: Robert E.
