The work of this contract consists of the rehabilitation of two existing sewerage lift stations located within the City of Mandeville, Louisiana. The major items of work at Lift Station No 32 include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition of the existing pump station control panel and electrical service; Construction of a new fiberglass wet well with concrete ballast; Removal of the existing grinder pumps at Lift Station 32 and installation of those pumps in the new fiberglass wet well; Installation of floats, brackets and other pump accessories in the new fiberglass wet well; Installation of isolation and check valves in cast iron pits; 6. Appurtenant civil, structural, electrical, and controls construction The major items of work at Lift Station No 19 include, but are not necessarily limited to the following (if awarded): Construction of an elevated control panel pedestal for the existing control panel as necessary to raise the control panel elevation by 27 inches;Installation of the existing control panel on the new control panel pedestal; Removal of the existing modified silicon polyurea wet well lining and installation of a cementitious epoxy wet well liner system.
