RFQ - 2026 Annual Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification (SOQ) The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is November 18, 2025, at 4:30 PM CST, after this time the City will only provide clarifications or responses pertaining to items in the Response Documents that do not result in a change or Addendum (see Response Documents for additional information). The City of Bentonville is accepting Annual Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from properly qualified, experienced and applicably licensed professional entities to provide professional services as defined in 519-11-801 and herein, interested in being evaluated for providing these services for 2026 Projects on an as-needed basis. Professional Services for this solicitation are defined as legal, architectural, engineering, construction management, and land surveying professional consultant services Submission to the 2026 Annual Request for Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications does not guarantee that a firm will be selected for projects. The goal is to create a qualified vendor list for City Departments to evaluate firms for projects throughout the year, on an as-needed basis. Once the firm has received a response from purchasing that a complete submission has been received, there will be no further communication unless a firm is chosen by a Selection Committee. The contact listed on the submission will be notified if the firm is chosen by a Selection Committee for evaluation for a specific project. The notification will either come from a member of the Selection Committee or from our office (Purchasing). The City of Bentonville encourages all qualified small, minority and women owned businesses to participate and submit for City projects/purchases. Submissions to RFQ-25-67 shall include the information and Required Response Documents as set forth in the required RFQ-25-67 Response Packet.
