Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; development; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids for furnishing all supervision, materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the construction of the following described project, will be received by the City of Chattanooga. The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Concrete Curb and Gutter, Direct Bore Culvert Replacement (+/- 140 Feet of 42Inch Pipe), Drainage Structures, and 36Inch RCP, Clearing and Grubbing, Road-way Base and Asphalt Paving, Demolition of Existing Roadway, Roadway Pavement Marking, Excavation and Grading, Erosion Control, Sod, Seeding and Mulching, and any or all incidentals necessary to complete the project. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
