No definite date for the rebid.** The proposed improvements will consist of various demolition of existing on-site materials (per plan), minor mass grading adjustments, underground utility improvements, HMA pavement construction, Curb and Gutter, Hardscape Improvements, Architectural Building Structures - restroom, pavilion, kitchen/concession building, permanent site restoration and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards. A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal shall be submitted with each proposal. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Owner will receive bids for the construction of an exterior park development along the Fox River which includes site development and various structures.
