The City of Benton City, Washington, (City) - Public Works Department is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing Land Surveying Services on an On-Call/Task-Order basis. Firms are expected to work with the City on various capital improvement projects and aid with other municipal Land Surveying needs. Assignments/Tasks may include but are not limited to: field surveys, topography, legal descriptions, right-of-way mapping, etc. Some work will require coordination with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and may include compliance with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. All work will be prepared in accordance with City and/or WSDOT/FHWA practices, regulations, policies, procedures, manuals, and standards, as appropriate. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Benton City.
