The City of Benton City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional municipal engineering services during the 2026-2028 calendar years. Selected firms will provide a range of services for water, sewer, drainage, and street projects, comprehensive plans, municipal planning, traffic studies, capital facilities plans, rate studies, technical reports, cost estimates, environmental reviews, funding applications, surveys, plans, specifications, services during construction, and funding administration. Work may be funded by a variety of federal, state, and local sources. Cost plus percentage of construction cost consultant agreements are not allowed for projects funded by the Community Development Block Grant. State and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply. Proposal packages must be submitted to the City of Benton City prior to 3pm on Friday, February 13, 2026. The City reserves the right to postpone, accept, reject, negotiate, or cancel any or all proposals.
