This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the Parking Lot. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption. The following description, while not intended to cover all details, outlines some items of the work to be accomplished under this Contract: BASE BID 1. Construct approximately 723 L.F. of 12" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by trenching; 2. Construct approximately 1,946 L.F. of 10" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 3. Construct approximately 2,009 L.F. of 8" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 4. Construct six (6) 4'-diameter manholes, remove and replace eleven (11) 4'-diameter, 5'-diameter, and 6'-diameter manholes. ADD ALTERNATE 1 1. Construct approximately 2,951 L.F. of 10" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 2. Construct approximately 3,982 L.F. of 8" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 3. Construct six (6) 4'-diameter manholes, remove and replace nine (9) 5'-diameter manholes. ADD ALTERNATE 2 1. Construct approximately 449 L.F. of 10" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 2. Construct approximately 3,172 L.F. of 8" HDPE DR-17 sanitary sewer by bursting and trenching; 3. Construct six (6) 4'-diameter manholes, remove and replace five (5) 5'-diameter, 6'-diameter manholes. Note: The system must stay in operation throughout construction. Temporary pumping, piping, plugs, shut offs, etc. shall be considered incidental and included in the cost of other bid items. This project is to be financed by the ARPA grant program managed by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB). The following requirements and regulations must be complied with: A. Requirements are contained in OWRB's Guidance and Procedures, ARP-267. The bidder commits itself to following the good faith efforts to solicit disadvantaged business enterprises contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed bid. If the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000 (ten million dollars) "Davis Bacon Act wage rules shall apply.
