The Iowa Judicial Branch will be receiving bids for replacement of the existing chiller at the Iowa Judicial Branch Building, 1111 E Court Ave, Des Moines, IA 50319. Anticipated Notice of Intent to Award - 10/17/2025 For further information regarding this project, contact: Jim Evans - Director of State Judicial Facilities Phone: (515) 348-4884 E-Mail: jim.evans@iowacourts.gov The Iowa Judicial Branch anticipates construction to begin on April 1st, 2026 and end on May 15th, 2026. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Judicial Branch Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa. Questions must be submitted by 02:00 pm, Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, to the Issuing Officer. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government.
