Furnishing equipment 2025 Treatment Basin Rechaining Project Phase 2 of 3-year project. Specifications for the equipment to be provided includes the following: 4 each Primary Drive Sprocket for Longitudinal Collector Sectional rim sprocket, with hub, for H124 mill chain. Sprocket to be 24- tooth, 30.65" pitch diameter, three sections, heat-treated. Hub to be split with 3.693"/3.696" bore and fitted with 7/8" keyway. 8 each Secondary Drive Sprocket for Longitudinal Collector Split sprocket, with hub, for WH730 chain. Sprocket to be 10-tooth, 19.42" pitch diameter, two sections, heat-treated. Bore = 3.693"/3.696" with 7/8" keyway with 5/8" set screw. 16 each Idler Sprocket for Stationary Shaft Split sprocket, with hub, for WH730 chain. Sprocket to be 10-tooth, 19.42" pitch diameter, two sections, heat-treated. Bronze bushing with 4.065" bore. No keyway. As Required Bolting Materials for Sprockets Zinc-plated, alloy steel, grade 8 hex head cap screws conforming to ANSI B18.2.1. Zinc-plated steel, grade 8, hex nuts conforming to ANSI B18.2.2. 316 stainless steel split-lock washers to fasten sprocket segments to hub. 18-8 stainless steel square head, cup point set screws for keyways where provided. Submit the following information with bid to the owner: 1. Manufacturer's technical data describing all equipment and components to be provided by vendor. 2. Details providing dimensions, weights and materials of construction of all components. 3. ASTM or other manufacturing standards that are conformed with for the materials and products provided. 4.
