Scope of Work: o Vendor to custom-fabricate and install 8" x 5" oblong-shaped smooth finish cast stone caps (approximately 210 units) o Vendor to custom-fabricate and install 6" x 5" oblong-shaped smooth finish cast stone caps (approximately 440 units) o Cast stone deterrents are to be installed on stone cap at existing Beach Walk knee wall at 9" center to center, with approximately 4" between each deterrent. o Vendor to provide City's Project Manager with stone cap samples for approval prior to fabrication. o Vendor to provide a price per linear foot with an understanding that the engagement may ultimately cover any portion of the 650 LF of knee wall along the City's Beach Walk. If the requirement applies, the original bid bond must be mailed or delivered to the address below by the deadline for submittal of bids in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount, payable to City of Miami Beach, Florida.
