Question Deadline 10/01/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes The City of Pomona is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide the City annual services of tree maintenance and emergency response service as needed. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. All interested Contractors shall demonstrate that they have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The goal of this project is to identify a qualified tree maintenance firm to provide comprehensive, citywide tree maintenance and emergency response services beginning in January 2026 and continuing for the duration of the contract term. The selected Contractor shall perform the tasks specified in the Scope of Services section of this invitation for bid. COMPLETION OF WORK: The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the City's Full Notice to Proceed. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within 90 day of the date stipulated in the written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the City Engineer. All base bid work shall be completed shall be completed prior to additive alternate work.
