The City of Pomona Water Department is seeking bids for the purchase of Small Cold Water Meters for the City’s potable water system, to be awarded as a 5-year contract. All products must be new and unused. Quantities listed are the department’s estimated annual usage to be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Freight terms are F.O.B. Destination, delivered to the Water Resources Department warehouse at 752 W. Commercial St. Pomona, CA 91768. The successful bidder is required to obtain a City of Pomona business license. The contract period is five years commencing upon City Council approval. Bidders must complete the required bid sheet attached under "Documents." Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the bidder with city officials or employees, other than those listed in the RFP or bid, the Finance Director, or Purchasing Manager, will result in immediate disqualification from the bidding process.
