The project Scope of Work included in this Contract is generally described as follows. The proposed Tenant Improvement (TI) includes: - Construction of an enclosed MDF (Main Distribution Frame) Room within the mezzanine level. -Installation of secure access controls to restrict entry to authorized personnel only. - Integration of HVAC/conditioning systems to maintain required temperature and humidity levels for sensitive data equipment. - Coordination of electrical, data, and fire-life safety systems to ensure compliance with all District and code requirements. - Finish work to blend improvements seamlessly into the existing mezzanine area while preserving theater functionality and aesthetics. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents/Specifications and consists of the following: 1. Tenant Improvement of the existing first floor corridor exit/security doors (Pair + 1) with new hardware. Mezzanine modifications include but not limited to new entry lobby with door, door frame and hardware, and card key access, new MDF room with door and frame (2) and card key access. New A/C unit and equipment racks in MDF room. New cable trays and new exit/security door with new hardware (1).
