Change Order 1 consists of the reconciliation of quantities for quantities in place, credit for cement treated base pavement section layer to remain in place, and the reduction for P-501 concrete PWL. Construction contract amount including this change order is $8,755,562.02. Funding is available in the Laredo International Airport Fund. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
