The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, including all necessary incidentals, as may be required, for the complete roof replacement of twenty-four (24) duplexes and one (1) office building. All building work zones are identified on the property's site map by numbers. The Aldo Tatangelo Property Site Map and Address Listing are attached herein as Attachment A, and the Aldo Tatangelo Roof Plans is are attached herein as Attachment B.
