PROPOSALS are requested for the construction of replacement of a 12' diamater Cross Drain Pipe at 3000 Refinery Road Ardmore, Oklahoma Sealed bids are required, with each proposal accompanied by a proposal guaranty equal to at least five percent of the proposal amount. The successful bidder must execute the contract and furnish acceptable performance bond, labor & maintenance bond, owner's protective liability policy, and certificates of insurance within fifteen days after the award. The completion time allowed is 30 working days, starting when replacement pipe arrives on site. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project within the allotted time or authorized extensions are $450.00 per working day. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
