As of December 30. 2025 the project has been awarded. A project consisting of re storing operations to one or more filters at the City Water Treatment Plant by remov-ing the existing filter media, replacing the underdrain system, placing new media, testing, disinfecting and re storing system to full opera-tion. Purpose of the project is to restore operation to 1 or more filters at the City Water Treatment Plant by removing the existing filter media, replacing underdrain system, placing new media, testing, disinfecting and restoring system to full operation. - Replacement of new filter materialsin all filters -Supply and installation of make-up filter sand -Filter wall washing and touchup of the work area as required by the Owner Bids shall be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents. A performance bond, statutory/payment bond, and maintenance bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price completion- (270) calendar days Question Deadline 11/03/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions for clarification to sshaw@ardmorecity.org. Responses to all questions for clarification will be sent to all known bidders, in an addendum, by Wednesday, November 5, 2025. After bids have been submitted, no bidder shall assert that there was a misunderstanding concerning the quantities of work or of the nature of the work to be done.
